And the following electronic applications (Dream Box Malls, Dream Box Vendor, Dream Box Delivery Man) (referred to as the "Application").
Please read the ("Terms and Conditions") carefully. Please do not continue to use the website and/or services if you do not agree to the terms and conditions. Your continued use of the website and/or services constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
1. Definitions:
o "User" refers to the user of the Dream Box website and application, and all expressions leading to that are taken into account.
o "Company" means "Systronic Egypt Group of Companies". , and all expressions leading to that shall be taken into account.
o "Dream Box Website and Application" and refers to the meaning specified above.
o "User Information" means the personal details that you provide to us through the Dream Box Website and Application.
o "Users" means users of the Dream Box Website and Application in general and/or individuals as the context indicates.
o "Website and Application" means the website and application on the World Wide Web.

By using the Dream Box website and application, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you must not use the website and application. Accordingly, we reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time, and therefore you must review these terms and conditions periodically. We are not required to contact you or inform you of any changes made to the terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Dream Box website and application constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable at the time of your use of the website and application. As part of our commitment to making the Dream Box website and application a place you would like to visit constantly, we welcome all your comments on any of the policies or rules we list below.
3. User Obligations:
The user acknowledges and undertakes to browse the website and/or use the services as stipulated in the terms and conditions and applicable legislation.
Accordingly:
o The user must be at least (18) eighteen years old.
o The user must have full legal capacity to contract and deal.
o If the user is under 18 years of age, he must obtain the consent of his parents or guardian to do so.
o The user acknowledges and undertakes that he has the right and legal capacity to use the Dream Box website and application as stipulated in these terms and conditions.
o The user acknowledges that any use you make of the Dream Box website and application will be as stipulated.
o The user acknowledges not to copy, download, reproduce, republish, frame, broadcast, or transmit in any way any of the materials provided by the Dream Box website and application except for your personal, non-commercial home use only.
o The user adheres to the specific rules that apply to any promotion in which you participate in any way through the Dream Box website and application.
o The user undertakes not to do anything that would affect the operation or security of the Dream Box website or application or cause unreasonable annoyance, abuse or disruption to any other users or our employees.
o The user must not have previously been banned or blocked from using the application or site.
o The user must not be a competitor to Dream Box or provide any product similar to what the company provides.
o The user and the service provider must comply with all applicable laws and regulations within the country in which the service is provided.
o The user must provide correct and accurate information to Dream Box and you must comply with any notifications made by Dream Box regarding the services provided by Dream Box to ensure that no operational processes carried out by Dream Box are hindered.
o The user's use of Dream Box services must not cause any harm, harassment or inconvenience to any person.
o The user must keep all contents and secret numbers to enter your account safely.
o The user must provide all the papers requested from him that prove his identity as determined by the company.
o The company has the right to refuse to provide any service or use of the application without giving you the reasons.
o The user does not have the right to cancel any service after 3 minutes have passed from confirming its request from the application or the website. If the request is cancelled, the user must pay a fine of 50 Egyptian pounds for canceling the service after requesting it.
o In order to access the Dream Box website and application, you will need access to the Internet. You are responsible for any connection, service or fees associated with accessing the Internet and providing all the equipment necessary to enable you to connect to the Internet (including a computer, modem and other devices necessary for access) due to the limited capacity of all server devices and their use by many people at the same time.
o The user undertakes not to use the Dream Box website and application in any way that leads to sabotage or exceeds the capacity of our server devices or any network connected to any of our servers.
o The user undertakes to refrain from using the Dream Box website and application in any way that leads, or may reasonably lead, to interference with any other party's use of the Dream Box website and application in a manner that violates, or is likely to violate, any applicable laws, or the rights or legal entitlements of any other party in accordance with all applicable laws.
o The user shall refrain from the following (whether done by the user personally or through a third party):
o Using an automated process to process, monitor, copy, extract any pages on the Dream Box website and application, or any information, content or data contained in or accessed through the Dream Box website and application, without obtaining prior written consent from us.
o Using an automated process to collect or combine information, content or data contained in or accessible through the Dream Box website and application with information, materials or data accessed through, or whose source is, a third party.
o Using any automated process to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Dream Box website and application.
o Taking any action that would impose an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on the available infrastructure or bandwidth of the Dream Box website and application.
o Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code or other mathematical formulas or processes of the computer software used in the infrastructure and operations of the Dreambox Site and Application.
o Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the content of the Dreambox Site and Application without our prior written consent.
4. User Generated Content:
By submitting any content to the Dreambox Site and Application, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable license to:
(a) use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, copy, broadcast and communicate it in any form, and in derivative works thereof, for display or performance to an audience anywhere in the world in any media, now known or hereafter developed.
(b) Use the name you have provided in connection with the content. You also grant us a license to pursue any real or legal person who violates your or our rights in this content. You acknowledge and agree that all content provided to the Dream Box website and application by you is non-confidential and non-proprietary. You also acknowledge all things, and execute all documents required to enable us and allow us to benefit from the absolute rights granted to us as required.
The company is not obligated, nor is it bound by any provision of these terms and conditions in any way, to use any content. In addition, the company, in the event of using the content, is not required to perform any financial obligations towards the user as a result of this use.
(The User) is solely responsible for the use of the Interactive Areas and all use thereof is at his own risk. By using the Interactive Areas, the User agrees not to publish, upload, send, distribute, store, create or publish in any way, or cause to be published on the Dream Box website and application directly or indirectly through a third party website and application any of the following:
o Illegal content, defamation, slander, offensive to any religious or moral group, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, indecent, suggestive, harassing, threatening, infringing on privacy and publicity rights, violent, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable.
o Content that constitutes, encourages, provides instructions for a criminal offense, violates the rights of any party, or in any way causes legal liability or violates any local, national or international laws, including, but not limited to, the legislation related to the stock market regulator in the jurisdiction in which the content was published.
o Content that is harassing or disruptive to others.
o Content that is not yours without the express permission of the owner of such Content.
o Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party.
o Content that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise falsely misrepresents your affiliation with such person or entity, including us.
o Unsolicited promotional materials, political campaigning, advertising, contests, sweepstakes, or solicitations.
o Third party information, including, but not limited to, last name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, and credit card numbers.
o Viruses, corrupted data, or other files that cause damage, disruption, or destruction.
o Content that is not related to the subject matter of the Interactive Area(s) in which the Content is posted;
o Content or links to Content that we, in our sole judgment, consider to be (a) in violation of any of the above terms; (b) objectionable; (c) restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Interactive Areas or the Dreambox Website and Application; or (d) in any way exposes us, our affiliates, or other users to harm or liability in any way.
The Company does not endorse or accept responsibility for any Content that users post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, publish in any form, or cause to be posted on the Dreambox Website and Application directly or through a third party website and application.
The Company does not accept any responsibility for any Content posted, stored or uploaded to the Interactive Areas by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.
The Company shall not be liable for any errors, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, abuse, obscenity, or profanity that you may encounter while using the Interactive Areas.
The Company shall not be liable for any statements, representations, or content provided by users in any public forum, personal home page, or other Interactive Areas. Although we are not responsible for screening, editing, or monitoring any content posted or distributed through the Interactive Area, we may, in our sole discretion, remove, screen, refuse to post, or edit without prior notice any content posted or stored through the Dream Box Website and Application at any time and for any reason. You shall be solely responsible for creating backup copies or replacing the content you have posted or stored on the Dream Box Website and Application at your own expense.
If the User is found to have any moral rights (including rights of attribution and integrity) in the Content, you hereby declare that, to the extent permitted by law, you:
o do not request the use of any personally identifiable information in connection with the Content, or any derivative works thereof, or updates or improvements thereto.
o have no objection to the publication, use, modification, deletion, or exploitation of the Content by us or our affiliates, licensors, successors, or assigns.
o you hereby waive, and agree not to assert or assert any rights to any or all moral rights of the author in the Content or any part thereof.
o you hereby hereby release us and all of our affiliates, licensors, successors, or assigns from any claims you may have against us as a result of any moral rights of any kind.
o Your use of the Interactive Areas or other pages of the Dream Box Website and Application in a manner that violates the terms and conditions set forth herein may result in, but is not limited to, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Interactive Areas and/or the Dream Box Website and Application. In order to cooperate with legitimate government requests, subpoenas and court orders, and to protect other users and our systems, we may access and disclose any information we deem necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation, your user profile information (name, email address, etc.), Internet Protocol address, traffic information, usage history, and content submitted to the Dream Box Website and Application. Our right to disclose any such information is prior to and prior to our compliance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. o If you have any complaints arising from the content that a user has published, uploaded, broadcast, distributed, saved, created, or in any way caused to be published on the Dream Box website and application directly or through a third party website and application, you agree to file the complaint against that user and not against us.

o Any dealings between the User and third parties, including advertisers or merchants present on or through the Dream Box website and application, including payment for, or delivery of, products, services, or any terms, conditions, warranties, or undertakings associated with such dealings, are between the User and the relevant advertiser or merchant. Accordingly, the Company shall not bear any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of such dealings.
6. Intellectual Property:
o The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content provided as part of the Dream Box website and application are owned by us or our licensors at all times.
o The User may use such material or content only as expressly authorized in writing by us or our licensors.
o The User and the Company will not assist or facilitate others in copying, reproducing, broadcasting, distributing, adapting, using commercially, or creating works based on the material or content.
o If the User becomes aware of any distribution or commercial exploitation of any kind, he agrees to notify the Company directly.
10. Indemnification:
You acknowledge and agree to indemnify us and/or any of our affiliates and our officers, directors, employees and/or affiliates immediately and upon demand, against all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, including legal fees arising from any breach or violation of these terms and conditions by you or other damages arising from your use of the Dream Box website and application.
11. Termination:
We reserve the right to immediately terminate your use of the Dream Box website and application if you breach the terms of these terms and conditions or if we believe, based on reasonable grounds, that you may breach the terms of these terms and conditions or if you engage in conduct that we deem, based on our absolute discretion, to be unacceptable.
12. Communication:

13. Availability of the Site and Application:
Due to the interruption or collapse of electronic services, access to the Dream Box Site and Application is provided as is and in its current condition only.
We have the right, at our sole discretion, to impose limits or restrictions on your use of the Dream Box Site and Application. In addition, for security purposes, for technical, maintenance, legal or legislative reasons, or as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions, we have the right to withdraw the Dream Box Site and Application or your access to the Dream Box Site and Application, at any time and without any prior notice from us.
14. General:
Voidness and Other: In the event that any court or legislator decides that the terms of these terms and conditions are invalid or in any way unenforceable, these terms and conditions will be cancelled and deleted from these terms and conditions, while the remaining terms of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Applicable Law: These terms and conditions and the Dream Box Site and Application are subject to the laws applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt, or in the country in which the service is provided.
16. Third Parties: These terms and conditions apply between us and the users. No other person has the right to benefit from these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to perform any of our obligations, and exercise our rights granted to us by the terms and conditions, through a third party.
17. Assignment: We reserve the right to assign or in any way transfer any or all of our rights and obligations stipulated in these terms and conditions to any third party.
18. Payment, prices, exchange and return policy:
o The company shows all prices in the application for each service and the prices for each service are approved before the request and the price may vary according to the region, country or time of the service request. There are also fixed prices for some services and there are prices based on the distance or time of the trip. The company may also update prices at any time and you must be constantly informed.
o In the event that the service is not paid by transfer or visa, the service applicant must pay the value of the service to the service provider in cash and immediately after providing the service to your car. Any amount paid is non-refundable.
o No goods or services provided through the application can be refunded or returned.
o You must also be committed to paying the value of the distance calculated by the Dream Box meter in the application, and the first company guarantees its accuracy by 99%.
o Also, if the Dream Box meter in the application malfunctions during the transfer process for any reason, whether the basic value in the application is paid and previously specified.
